skills and competencies
TFPL understands the skills and competencies required to succeed in information, knowledge, records and web
content management. Our work recruiting, training and advising our clients, combined with regular research

We have worked with clients to create customised skills frameworks and competency dictionaries that link into
existing organisational tools and reflect critical strategic objectives.
